Ascent Fine Carpentry is owned by Kelven Vail who started his trade over 35 years ago. Starting in 1990 he apprenticed with the Alta Lake Lumber Co for nine years working with a select group of craftsmen building custom designed homes from concrete through to finishing, built in furniture and kitchens. In 1999 he built his own home in Whistler and moved on to work with other renowned home builders gaining more experience working on some of the finest homes in the valley at the time. Kelven has had is own company for the last 20 years working with other general contractors and home owners helping them build their projects. His attention to detail and ability to work to the highest standards has helped many clients realize their dream homes.
